THE TELEMETRY CLIENT

A live crew on your radio while you drive. The AI coach talks you through your driving in real time — braking points, corner-by-corner advice, where you're losing time to your best lap — while a pit-wall announcer calls lap times, tyre state, session time and laps remaining. All spoken aloud, corner by corner.

The same small Windows app logs every valid lap — with sector times — to the hotlap leaderboard as you set them. Supports iRacing, Automobilista 2, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa EVO and Assetto Corsa, and speaks English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Run it, confirm the link in your browser, race.

Windows will warn you the first time you run it: Windows protected your PC. Click More info, then Run anyway.

Why does it say that?

The client isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen doesn't recognise the publisher and warns about anything it hasn't seen before. It's reacting to the file being new, not to anything it found inside it.

If your browser blocks the download outright, take the .zip instead and extract it.

What you need

A Windows PC running one of the supported sims, and a free TheTenths account to link it to. The client runs alongside the sim and reads the telemetry the sim shares with apps like it; nothing is installed into the game.

Quick start

Download and run TheTenths Client (Windows).
First run shows a short code and opens your browser — sign in (or register) and press Link this PC.
Pick your sim — or leave it on Auto.
Press Start, then get in the car. The crew comes on the radio and your valid laps post to the leaderboard.

Settings save automatically — the app remembers them next time, and this PC stays linked.

Setting up your sim

iRacing: Nothing to enable: the sim publishes its telemetry whenever a session is loaded.
Assetto Corsa Competizione: Nothing to enable: the sim publishes its telemetry whenever a session is loaded.
Assetto Corsa · Assetto Corsa EVO: In the game: Settings → General → Shared Memory → On.
Automobilista 2: In the game: Options → System → Shared Memory → Project CARS 2, then restart AMS2 fully; the setting only applies at startup. Project CARS 1 works too, with less data.

Settings at a glance

Language: English, Español or Português (BR) — set the spoken language and the app’s own interface language separately.
TTS engine: Kokoro (natural neural voices) or Windows (built-in, lighter).
Announcer & coach voice: Choose a specific voice or Random. On the Windows engine, pick a male/female voice instead.
Volumes: Independent levels for the pit-wall announcer and the AI coach.
Audio device: Send the radio to any output — e.g. a headset while the sim plays through your speakers.
Send rate: Telemetry updates per second (10–250 Hz). Higher is smoother; 10 is plenty for most.
Toggles: Turn Speech, Brake cues, the AI coach, or the Spotter on and off.

Updates are your call

The client checks for a new version when it starts and tells you about it; it never installs one by itself, so nothing changes under you while you are about to go on track. Press the update button when it suits you.

What it sends

Your valid laps with sector times and session conditions, the telemetry trace behind each lap for track analysis, and, with the coach on, the spins, off-tracks and driving patterns it records. It is tied to your account by the token it receives when you link the PC. Lap pages are public, like the leaderboard; your incident history is shown only to you.

Crash reports are off unless you turn them on. If you do, a report carries the error and the end of the session log, with your Windows account name and your token removed before it leaves your PC.
