Everything you need to know about racing on TheTenths — logging laps, climbing the leaderboard and letting the AI race engineer dial in your setup. Still stuck? Send us a message.
TheTenths is a sim racing platform with four parts: a community hotlap leaderboard fed automatically by a free telemetry client, voice coaching that learns on your laps and points out mistakes in real time while you drive, a setup advisor that builds full setup sheets for any car and track, and track analysis that compares your lap against a reference and coaches you corner by corner.
Yes. Creating an account, downloading the telemetry client, posting laps to the leaderboard and using the setup advisor and track analysis are all free.
The setup advisor covers Assetto Corsa (AC), Assetto Corsa EVO, Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC), iRacing, Automobilista 2 (AMS2), Gran Turismo 7 (GT7) and Le Mans Ultimate (LMU). The telemetry client currently auto-logs laps from Automobilista 2 and Assetto Corsa EVO.
Download the free TheTenths Client for Windows, sign in to grab your API token, then start the client with that token before you drive. Every valid lap — with sector times — posts to the leaderboard as you set it.
Pick your sim, car and track and the AI race engineer returns a complete setup sheet — wings, springs, dampers, pressures, differential and a theoretical best lap. Responses are cached, so a setup you've already generated comes back instantly. Head to the Setup Advisor to try it.
From any of your laps, hit Compare to see your racing line and telemetry overlaid against a reference lap, with time-loss hotspots flagged and written coaching. If no real reference exists yet, you can generate an AI-estimated ideal lap from your own telemetry. The first analysis of a lap uses one AI call, then it's cached.
You can browse the leaderboard, setup guides and this FAQ without one. To post laps, save setups or use track analysis on your own laps you'll need a free account — register with an email and password or sign in with Google.
