KEY SETUP NOTE

• Donington GP rewards a sharp, stable front end for Redgate and Craner Curves' fast direction change, but the lap is ultimately won by traction out of Old Hairpin and Goddards — running slightly stiffer front ARB with a touch more rear preload keeps the M4 planted on power without sacrificing the rotation you need at Craners' high-speed left-right.

TRACK GUIDE

• Redgate (T1): Late, aggressive trail-brake entry; carry rotation early since it's tighter than it looks — get back to power early for the run to Craner Curves.
• Craner Curves: Flat-out or lift-and-place only, minimal steering input — car should be settled from Redgate; this is where stability under high-speed compression pays off.
• Old Hairpin (T4): Traction zone #1 — brake in a straight line, get the car rotated early, prioritize a clean, early throttle application over ultimate entry speed.
• Coppice (T6): Committed, high-speed direction change — rear stability here is critical; trust the aero and don't lift, as a lifted throttle unsettles the rear on entry.
• Macleans (T7) into Goddards (T9): Macleans needs sharp front turn-in response for the fast entry; Goddards is the final and most important traction zone — full commitment to early throttle here defines your time down the pit straight.
