KEY SETUP NOTE

• On a single hot lap, stiffer front ARB and lower front ride height sharpen turn-in through Adenauer Forst and the chicanes, but the long-wave compressions at Fuchsröhre and Brünnchen demand enough rear compliance (softer rear slow bump) to keep the rear planted on exit — do not over-stiffen the rear or you will snap loose over the bumps at speed.

TRACK GUIDE

• Hatzenbach: carry momentum, trust the compliant suspension over bumps, don't lift mid-corner — small inputs only.
• Flugplatz: ease off throttle fractionally over the crest, car goes light — sudden inputs will snap the rear.
• Fuchsröhre: brake before compression, let the car load up, then get back to throttle progressively on exit — late braking here costs stability.
• Adenauer Forst: this is where aggressive trail braking pays off — rotate hard on entry, get the nose in, be patient on power until weight transfers.
• Karussell: commit to the banking, stay on the inside kerb, let the banked camber do the work — don't lift once committed.
• Brünnchen: ride height and damper tuning is tested here — stay smooth over the bumps, small corrections only, big lap time is won by not lifting.
• Döttinger Höhe: maximize exit speed from Kesselchen — top speed here is pure gearing and aero trade-off, hold your breath and stay flat.
